We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Preconstruction Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact on our upcoming projects.

​

Key responsibilities:

• Managing, overseeing, and reporting on all elements of preconstruction elements such as pre-planning & planning applications; utility applications, technical and construction design; discharging planning conditions; building warrant applications & notifications.

• Supporting operational teams, design teams, finance, and technical teams throughout conceptual, design, pre-construction, and construction project stages, and reporting to management teams

• Leading value engineering exercises

• Liaising with clients during design and early construction phases

• Producing ad-hoc technical support to operational teams

• Provide ad-hoc support during appraisal and tendering stages of construction projects.

 

Qualifications/experience:

• Proven experience in construction management, design management, or technical management, with a focus on preconstruction

• Technical experience such as civil engineering, planning, surveying, architectural etc.

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A knack for problem-solving and the ability to think critically

• Relevant degree or professional qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
