We were appointed principle contractor for the delivery of 12 new-build apartments in the sought after area of Bothwell.

​

This project is being built on a challenging site, with complex groundworks, and surface water issues.

​

The building has two main blocks, and is constructed out of masonry block, composite exterior cladding, and a metal roof covering.

​

The project will be completed in 2024 for a UK wide developer, to be sold on the open market.
